We offer too many services to list them all here, but we will outline a few of our most popular here. If you need help with something that isn't listed, feel free to give us a call and we will be glad to tell you if we can help.

Before we go any further, a very common question is "What do you charge?" Excellent question and one that we ask as consumers ourselves. The quick answer is this, $75/hr. We also offer emergency service (when available) after hours or on weekends for an additional charge. Now for the more complicated answer.....for on-site service, we charge a 1 hour service call minimum within the local area. For in-office service we have a $35 minimum fee. We offer a no obligation diagnostic service to find out what is likely wrong with your computer and we will provide an estimate of the cost to repair your computer. The diagnostic fee is $35 but it is waived if you choose to have us do the repairs.

The one thing we caution is, don't make assumptions about how long a repair will take or how much something will cost. We surprise our customers daily with our affordable pricing and often offer discounts on services when we provide and estimate. We cannot count the times we've heard "Wow! That was so much cheaper than I expected!"

  • Computer Purchasing/Setup Help - We list this first because this one of our most popular services. If you are in the market for a new computer or other device but don't feel like trudging to the store, dealing with high pressure salesmen, not knowing what all the jargon means and leaving the store feeling like you might have just been snookered....we are here to help! We can consult with you concerning your needs, narrow down the selection, then actually purchase the computer for you and perform the full initial setup if you like, including installing software or other hardware that you might request. We can do as much or as little as you need, all the while saving you money. We've literally saved many customers over 50% over what they would have paid purchasing a computer on their own.

  • Pre-Purchase Advice - Maybe you want to purchase a computer on your own but you don't know what to believe from those high pressure salesmen in the store. We can help save you time and money! We offer advice on what to buy and sometimes most importantly, what not to buy. We can tell you what traps not to fall for in the store so that you save the most money, while getting a computer or other device that will suit your needs. We offer pre-purchase advice on computers, printers, flat screen tv's and digital cameras, just to name a few.

  • Virus Removal - Do you have some annoying windows popping up on your screen that won't go away? Do they tell you that your computer is infected but if you purchase some software they will solve all your problems? STOP! It's a scam. You've been infected with one of the very common "fake anti-virus" software scams. Giving these crooks your credit card number will not solve your problem but likely only make it worse and now these over seas criminals have your credit card info. Give us a call and we will be glad to clean your system and return it to a normal working order. 

  • Anti-Virus Software - Anti-virus software is your most important line of defense in keeping your computer clean. Do not go without it. If you need help purchasing and/or installing a good anti-virus software, give us a call. One thing to remember when it comes to anti-virus software, you don't always get what you pay for. Free isn't always bad (but it's definitely not always good) and very rarely is the most expensive software the best. 

  • Networking - Do you need a wired or wireless network for your home or office? Are you having problems with your current network? Once again, we can help.

  • Internet Problems - Is your internet connection down or not acting like it should be? It might be a problem with your computer.....or your cable/DSL modem or your router or the cable/DSL companies problem. See how complicated this can be? Just wait until you call your internet service provider, you might want to pull your hair out! They will tell you to unplug this, plug that in, restart this, turn on this, hold your mouth just right. It can be very nerve racking. Let us help. We can usually diagnose the problem and narrow it down to one or two likely things. Then if we need to contact your internet provider, we know all the lingo and can make sense out of their instructions.

  • Training and Questions - Maybe you just have questions about your computer or how to do something on your computer. Give us a call and we will be glad to assist in any way we can.
